Gas and Steam Turbines – Operations, Maintenance and Troubleshooting Course

This course is designed to introduce operations and maintenance personnel to the routine maintenance procedures of the turbine support systems required to attain high levels of availability and reliability from the gas turbine. Operating and maintenance personnel should attend this course together to develop a working relationship regarding the routine maintenance requirements of the unit.
The course will cover the mechanical maintenance of Gas Turbines by highlighting characteristic features, efficiencies, reliability and maintenance implications.

On completion of this course participants will have gained a thorough understanding of the various steam and gas turbines configurations. Most important participants will acquire knowledge of operation activities. The program will focus on various simulation animation which of course is of immense help in clearly understanding the gas and steam turbines and their working parts.

Plant and maintenance engineers, supervisors, machineries specialist, senior maintenance mechanics, production and engineering staff and those who are responsible for gas turbine maintenance and troubleshooting. Gas turbine operators will also benefit this course by knowing the right method of its maintenance.
